This
report lists all entries for a given class. It details
Junior/Amateur status, Horse/Pony size and First or Second year
green status. For the specific Equitation classes, USET, ASPCA
and USAE numbers are listed. Reports can be printed with Entries
in Numeric order, Random order of in an order specified by the
Manager. As an option the Owners address or Trainers name may be
printed for each Entry listed
Optionally, a Summary report will list the total entries for
each class.
This
report lists all horse show entries sorted either by Entry
Number, Rider Name or Horse Name. Each entry lists; Horse,
Rider, Owner, Address and USAE numbers.
This
report produces the final show statement for each show Entry. It
details the Entry number, Horse, Trainer and Owner and lists all
Classes and/or Divisions entered. Additionally, it report
details all "Miscellaneous" charges for the entry.
As an option, this report will calculate all prize money won and
will subtract this amount from the Entry's total due. A listing
of Classes that were entered and placing within each Class will
be printed along with the statement.
Statements can be printed by Entry number or for all Entries for
a selected Trainer.
This
Process produces labels for:
Judge's Card - these labels list Class Number/Name and
Show Name/Location.
Back Numbers - These labels list the Entry Number/Name
and the Classes entered.
These labels are printed on 3 1/2' x 15/16" dot matrix
labels or on a laser formatted labels.
This
report will compare Entries from the Class Order Sheets against
those entries from the Judge's Card and will list all
"Adds" and "Scratches" for a given Class or
group of Classes.
This
program will produce a listing for Entry where prize money was
won. Each listing will detail the placing within the Class, the
amount of prize money won as well as the USAE number. The total
prize money for the Class will be printed.
This
report lists the Entry number, class placing, Horse, Rider,
Owner and USAE numbers and the prize money won. It details
Junior/Amateur status, Horse/Pony size and First or Second year
green status. This is an USAE standard report.
As an option, reports will be printed for classes even though
there were no entries or results.
This
program will develop a schedule containing estimates of starting
times for all Classes for selected Date, Time and Ring. A report
will be printed for each unique Show Date, Starting Time and
Ring Name.
This
report calculates Prize Money paid for each class within a
Division. If results for a class have been posted, the prize
money will be shown as "Actual" otherwise it will be
calculated based on the number of entries in the class and will
be shown as "Estimated". As an option, this report may
be printed as a Division summary report.
This
report will calculate Champion and Reserve Champion for
specified Division or Divisions. In addition to the Championship
report, there is an option to produce a detailed report showing
individual Class results within each specific Division.
As an option, reports will be printed for classes even though
there were no entries or results.
This
report lists all Entries associated with a Trainer. For each
Entry the report lists the Dollar totals for all Class entered
as well as a total for all "Miscellaneous" charges.
Total Prize money won and any prepaid dollars will be subtracted
to produce a dollar balance for the Entry.
A
second report details the dollar totals received for each of the
"Miscellaneous" charges. A third report produces
a report showing Jumper prize money paid. This report
automatically updates the associated accounting records.
The
second report lists the Entry number, Horse, Rider and Owner.
This report is intend to be a local horse show report.
As an option, reports will be printed for classes even though
there were no entries or results.
This
program produces listings of the Horse Show entries. This report
listing can be sorted by one of five sort options. Each option
produces output data that corresponds to the sort selected:
Entry Number
- Horse Name - Owner Name - Address - City - State - ZIP
Rider
- Rider Name - Address - City - State - ZIP
Horse
- Owner Name - Address - City - State - ZIP
Owner
- Address - City - State - ZIP
Trainer
- Address - City - State - ZIP
This
program produces a detail listing of fields within each record
from the selected file from the current Horse Show.
The
Stall report is designed to assist the Show Manager in
accounting for stall usage.
This report is printed by Trainer. For each Trainer, all Owners
and their respective Show Entries are listed. For each Show
Entry the number of Stalls used is printed followed by a Trainer
summary.
This
report is produced by Owner and details; Owner address, Show
name Entry Number and prize money won. A dollar total for each
Owner is also printed.
This
report produces a listing of all Entries that have been charged
for a selected Miscellaneous Item. Miscellaneous Items are those
charges such a Stalls, Schooling, Bedding or Non-Member fees.
These Items are defined by the User and are included in basic
Horse Show Entry.
Prize
Money - These checks are printed for each place within a class.
Payee Checks - These checks are printed for all other show
expenses. As each check is printed, the associated accounting
expense record is automatically updated.
Payment Vouchers - This option prints labels that are attached
to "payment vouchers" and are used as an alternative
to using actual checks.
